Card payment mounts here Square Web Payments SDK drops into this container once the client's merchant account is live. Until then, bookings come through as requests and are paid on completion.

Good questions

Do you really come to me?

Yes — that's the whole model. There's no shop to drive to. We come to your home, your office, or anywhere else you've arranged parking, anywhere in our service area.

Do I need to provide water or electricity?

[TO CONFIRM WITH CLIENT] This answer needs to state plainly whether the van is fully self-contained or whether an outdoor tap or outlet is needed. It's one of the top three questions mobile detailers get asked.

How long does it take?

A Mini Detail runs 2.5 to 3 hours, an Interior Reset 3.5 to 4 hours, and a Full Detail 5 to 6 hours. You don't need to be there the whole time — just at the start and the end.

How much space do you need?

One standard parking space plus room to walk around the car. A driveway, a garage with the door open, or a marked office space all work fine.

Can you get pet hair and set-in stains out?

Yes. Carpet shampoo extraction and pet hair removal are part of both the Full Detail and the Interior Reset. Very heavy shedding may need the add-on, which we'll flag before we start rather than after.

What if my city isn't on the list?

Send your address anyway. We regularly take work in San Francisco, Oakland, Berkeley and San Jose depending on distance, order size and how the schedule looks that week.
